Job Description:
· Process all accounts payable invoices.
· Preparation and processing of weekly check run as authorized by the Controller.
· Preparation and filing of 1099-MISC documents.
· Act as back up to payroll processing when necessary.
· Other special projects and appropriate duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
· A degree in accounting or related field desired.
· Experience working in a non-profit environment a plus.
· At least two years of accounts payable experience.
· Extensive computer knowledge including MS Office and Excel. Financial Edge experience preferred.
· Ability to prepare reimbursement reports.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
· Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Ability to work productively and independently.
· Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse groups of people, both on the phone and in person.
· Must have a positive, professional and dependable work attitude.
